If it stops being entertainment, stop and call.

Gambling can cause harm. This website does not take bets and cannot close a Gbets account. The National Responsible Gambling Programme number printed in the Gbets terms is 0800 006 008.

Re-checked 16 October 2026. A figure appears on this page only when a live Gbets page stated it.

18+ only. National Responsible Gambling Programme: 0800 006 008.

WhatsApp helpline printed by Gbets: 076 675 0710. Their terms also say to WhatsApp the word HELP to that number.

A pause is a valid result

The Gbets soccer-boost rules include the line “Winners know when to stop”, next to the same 0800 006 008 helpline. You do not need a crisis to use it. Chasing a loss, staking money meant for rent or food, hiding play, or feeling unable to leave the site are reasons to call.

What the operator’s terms already require

  • You must be at least 18. Gbets says it can ask for proof of age.
  • A person on the national register of excluded persons, under section 14 of the National Gambling Act, 2004, is not eligible for an account.
  • The welcome-journey terms say Gbets promotes responsible gaming and may suspend activity if it believes there is a problem.
  • This guide cannot suspend a Gbets account. Only the operator, or the exclusion process, can do that.

Complaints about the bookmaker

The terms say a dispute about a bet that you and Gbets cannot resolve may be referred to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board. They print the board’s telephone as 021 480 7400. Account support published in the terms is onlinesupport@gbets.co.za.

Questions

What is the National Responsible Gambling Programme number?

0800 006 008. Gbets’ terms also print a WhatsApp helpline on 076 675 0710, and the phrase “WHATSAPP HELP to 076 675 0710”.

Can I self-exclude on this website?

No. g-bets.co.za does not hold a betting account, so it cannot close one. Gbets’ terms say a person on the national register of excluded persons may not hold an account with them. Ask the operator or the NRGP if you need that process.

Who regulates complaints about Gbets?

The terms say unresolved disputes can be referred to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, and they print the board’s telephone as 021 480 7400. This desk cannot decide a betting dispute.
