What is solid enough to repeat

• The product is online betting and casino for people 18 or older. The terms say bets are accepted from inside South Africa, from natural persons who are not on the national exclusion register.
• The new-customer pair, on every welcome page we read, is a R50 free bet and 50 spins on Gates of Olympus. A R25 deposit is required before winnings can be withdrawn. The spins have a 5-day use window.
• Deposit matches exist, they carry wagering, and an active bonus blocks withdrawal. Lucky Numbers and live games are excluded from the match bonus.
• Responsible-gambling contacts are printed: 0800 006 008, and WhatsApp 076 675 0710. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board phone in the complaints section is 021 480 7400.

What the documents do not settle

The welcome money is the clearest example. Journey terms: four deposits totalling up to R21,000, first match split between sports and casino, sports wagering 4x, first casino portion 30x, later casino matches 25x. Welcome promotion: up to R16,000 in slot bonuses, first match slots-only up to R5,000, up to 30x, winnings limited to the bonus issued. R50 page: up to R21,000 in slot bonuses, and wagering described only as “different”. A how-to-claim note on the journey page says 10 days of availability. The first-match paragraphs say 5 days. A reader who needs one number should open the offer inside a Gbets account and read the terms attached to the claim button.

Payout and bonus caps, briefly

Sport is capped at R2 million in both the bullet list and clause 13.8. Lucky Numbers digits say R5,000,000 per customer, per event, per day, while some parentheses say “one million” and clause 34.26 says “five million”. Slots are R2 million in the bullet list and up to R5,000,000 in clause 13.8. Bonus conversion has its own, smaller caps: R10,000 on deposit-match winnings on the journey terms, “the bonus amount issued” as the transferable maximum, and a FAQ line of R1,000 for winnings from cash that came only from bonus money. The casino and Lucky Numbers pages keep the longer quotes.

What this review refuses to do

It does not rank Gbets against other bookmakers, invent a payout speed, or print a code. It does not treat the December 2024 R30 bonus or the February 2025 SweetGbets code as current. It does not confirm a free R100 on registration, because that offer was not found. Support phone numbers on the two welcome promo pages do not match, so they are not repeated here as “the” number. Disputes that the customer and Gbets cannot resolve may be referred to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, which is what the terms say. This website cannot rule on an account.
