Rules that sit under the ladder

• While a bonus remains in the bonus wallet, Gbets does not permit a withdrawal.
• The bonus cannot be used on system or chain bets, Lucky Numbers, or live games.
• After the match bonus converts, the account must be verified before winnings are redeemed.
• Maximum winnings from the deposit-match bonuses are capped at R10,000 after conversion. The same page repeats that cap for “multi deposit match bonuses”.
• If requirements are met, a maximum of the bonus amount issued moves to the real-money wallet. The rest of the winnings are removed.
• The maximum withdrawal of winnings from real cash that was solely converted from bonus money is “equivalent to the bonus money issued”. The FAQ states that same situation as a R1,000 cap. Those two sentences are both on Gbets. They are not the same cap.
• A separate line caps winnings from the “R25 Welcome Bonus” and the birthday bonus at R1,000. The page does not spell out a current R25 welcome offer beyond that cap.
• The deposit-match bonus “must be wagered at minimum odds of 0.70 (7/10)”. That sits beside the 1.50 sports rule above. Check which line the betslip is using.
• Bets placed with bonus money are not eligible for Cash Out or Edit My Bet.
• A cancelled or invalid event does not count toward playthrough.
• Minimum withdrawal printed on this terms page: R50.
• One bonus per account, judged on IP address, family, home, email and similar.
• If you cancel a bonus, Gbets says a manual re-allocation cannot take place.
• The claim note says that after a deposit match is claimed, the bonus is available for 10 days. The step rules above say 5 days for the first match. Check current terms on Gbets.

Birthday bonus, only as printed

The same terms page sets a birthday bonus aside from the welcome ladder. To qualify, lifetime deposits must be at least R100 and the customer must have made four or more deposits. Fewer than four deposits, or less than R100 deposited in total, does not qualify. The bonus expires two days after it is claimed. Wagering is 3x at minimum odds of 0.50 (5/10). The page does not print the birthday bonus amount.
